I've ordered a few rings from this seller before and they've been excellent... arriving in a timely fashion and I've received them without any issues. Just this time... the ring case I ordered has vanished, despite it being described as been delivered to myself. I've waited for my neighbours to pass it to me, but no one has seen it. I've checked the building CCTV to see if anyone came to my unit when the stated time of delivery was given, and no one delivered it. I've checked the building mailbox and asked security to open the surrounding mailboxes... to no avail. I've asked the seller for identification means to use the local/national postal services to attempt to trace the ring, but no usable identity tag was provided.... Hence, I am giving a one star to a company I have enjoyed buying from in the past.
