The clasps were decent. Sturdy enough to use but overpriced. I was missing one item from my order which was the entire reason for the order. Seller got it out to me when I advised her it was missing- but it just felt like I was bothering her and that she was doing me a favor by allowing me to purchase from her; and again when she shipped missing item. Etsy sent a message 10 min after placing my order stating "woo-hoo you're order shipped" because the moment a label is created etsy claims it shipped. In reality it actually shipped 3 days later at night- it was put in a kiosk. I was not comfortable with that. I've had too many orders never get to me because they were thrown in a kiosk. Just not happy with the quality of the sterling findings- way too thin on everything but the clasps. Would not recommend anything but the clasps.
